Hola!

Still thinking about what to put here. What do you want to know?

survey: a deeper look at cad

my third eye

Laurie posted a similar survey on her blog awhile back. I told her that when I had mine up and running, I wanted to do the survey and she interviewed me. Here are my responses to her inquiries.
1. Tell me all about your first pet.

I don’t remember my first pet. I remember as a kid, like at ages 3-5, people would give me a dog at random and it would always run away. My apa never fixed our ghetto fabulous fence. I bought a beta fish once, does that count. My brother had a bichon when I was about 15. I loved him, we named him Powder. He was an odd little fellow. Thought he was human, lol, he slept on his back with his legs up. -sigh, I wish I had a picture. Someone ran him over, it was horrible. My brother was 5 and he found him on the street dead. I was sad, but more torn up because my brother couldn’t stop crying. As much as I loved that doggie, I never got him another one because I couldn’t stand to see my brother in so much pain. :(

2. We all have that one person that changed our lives forever, have you met this one person yet? If so, tell me about him or her and how they changed your life.

There are a lot of people that have changed my life at random, One person that comes to mind is my 7th grade band teacher, Mr. Hyde. I didn’t know how to play an instrument and I signed up for band thinking it’d be a blow off class. By 8th grade, not only did I learn to play the clarinet, but I made All-State and was one of the 30th best in Texas who competed that year. Mr. Hyde taught me a lot, but one thing he told me that to this day I will never forget is, “You don’t have to have talent to succeed, just determination.”

3. Do you believe in soul mates? Seriously.

Yes, and no. I believe that there are people in this world that touch my soul on many levels. I don’t believe that there’s just one person, though, as some would suggest. I wish in my heart I did believe that, because it would make life so much simpler to narrowing it down to that “ONE” special person. But in reality, so many are so special in so many ways. . but then again, I wouldn’t trade the experiences and soul mate’s I’ve encountered for just one. Life is good when you meet a lot of good hearted people.

4. who is the one famous person you would never be caught dead with hanging out in public for fear the paparazzi would get it on camera?

First person I thought of, Don Francisco. OMG, I can’t stand him. I can’t stand to see him or hear him. He grosses me out. I call him a PERVERTIDO every time I see him on TV. I don’t know what it is. Every time I see him on TV I get this nauseas feeling in the pit of my stomach. Maybe he did something wrong to me in another life or something, I dunno, but I would NOT be caught dead with him in public or PRIVATE. UGH. My ama teases that if she goes on that show and gets on stage she’s going to brag to him how much I love him. . . lol, bwhaha, she’s so wrong!

5. If you could live any where in the world where would that be and why?

From a picture point of view, Greece, because it’s GORGEOUS!!! From places I’ve visited, San Miguel de Allende. I love it there. It’s gorgeous, it’s relaxing, the culture, the people. . .it’s beautiful. There or Queretarro. Yeah, but I’ll be honest, I love me some Texas. Dallas, Texas is pretty darn cool, and we all know why. . cuz I’m here!! And I RAWK and am FANTABULOUS! I make Dallas worthwhile. ;) lol (even if there’s no action going on at the American Airlines Convention Center!)

If you’re intrested in partcipating in a survey:

2. I will respond by asking you five questions. I get to pick the questions.

3. You will update your weblog with the answers to the questions.

4. You will include this explanation and an offer to interview someone else in the same post.
