after the 4th.

I went to bed really late last night (or early in the morning, however you want to see it). I’m already at work and have created three layouts, which I’m quite proud of. I think it’s the lack of sleep, that’s why the muse is upon me. I usually get really creative and artistically driven when I haven’t had much sleep. I seem to get an overabundance of ideas when I’m sleepy and tired.

Go figure.

I wonder if Michelangelo felt the same way. Or Shakespeare.

Just think if I was on drugs or I was suicidal or cut off an ear, I’d probably rock! LOL

I feel really cheated that the 4th fell on a Wednesday this year. What is that about? There should be a law that gives you the following day off as well if a government holiday falls anywhere between Tuesday-Thursday. All in favor. . say “AYE!”

The rain is crazy in Dallas. I don’t know if anyone other then Texans have heard, it might be on the news (or not) but it’s been raining at least 20 days straight. Maybe even more. It’s actually been like this since May, I believe. Don’t quote me on that. I’m not good with time. But we’ll have one day here and there of just sun or cloudiness and no rain. It’s crazy. There’s flooding everywhere. Except where I live. I never really gave it much thought but I live really high up and most of downtown Dallas has to flood before it reaches where I live.

It’s the small things.

I was watching the news the other day and there are some angry Texans out there with all this rain. Rain makes people cranky. Lots of accidents. There was this one little 13 year old boy that drowned because a river took him and the mom was on the news screaming her head off how the rescuers were stupid idiots who didn’t do shit to save him. They beeped her out. Then there was this other pregnant lady who is due this month who was said she was scared that the weather might be an issue when she goes into labor.

It’s crazy shit.

Alligators are in local (man made) lakes. Our trinity river (which is usually dry as hell in the summer) is overflowing with water. It looks so nasty. Some rivers are so gorgeous and clear, not ours. It’s chocolate dirty nasty looking.

I guess it’s all this global warming stuff. LOL, have I mentioned the paper I wrote about how I don’t believe in global warming ? LOL. Speaking of global warming, I read that Al Gore’s son was arrested for drugs. What a inconvenient truth. . .
