I've had some bad dates but they're not stories I can share. ;) In general, I feel sorry for people like this. I mean, I know they're jerks or just really weird, and you're right be angry with them, but ... I think these men will be lonely and messed up for their entire lives. If they are doing such horrible things to you, they probably have some real problems dealing with relationships and people in general. That will result in failed relationships and major life problems. Just be glad you're not them, and also that you're not in a long-term relationship with them. :) Wow, those are some amazing stories (in the post and in the comments). In general, I feel sorry for people like this. On behalf of all mankind, sorry. Despite being a guy, I'll admit to being stood up a time or two, and I know how much it sucks. It could have been worse. You could have gone out on the date and had as bad a time as you'd have with the kind of jerk that would stand somebody up. Or you could have gone on the date and then gotten projectile vomiting sick in the middle of it. (Trust me, that one sucks, too.) I’ll echo what Jeff said. On behalf of all mankind, sorry.
