So finally decided

to update my blog theme.  You likey?  Pretty cool huh?!  Laurie gave me her old theme.  I love her blog design style.  You like my headline?  If you get it, that’s hawt! ;)

So I spent the better half of today trying to do minor edits to this blog.  It’s been so long since I’ve edited blogs that I was officially lost.  I think I drove poor Laurie crazy asking her just random questions.  *le sigh*  That’s what friends are foooor!

I saw American Gangster.  I love, love. . .LOOOOVED it!  It keeps you hooked from the beginning.  Two thumbs up, I totally recommend it.

Also, another new for me this weekend was actually watching Gone with the Wind.  I had never in my life seen the movie before.  I mean it’s 4 hours long, i was never thrilled about that.  But I had no plans saturday night and i was up pretty late and it came on some cable channel so I decided to watch it.  Whoa that movie just completely gave me a whirlwind of emotions.  It really good!!  If you have four hours to spare, watch it.  (stop here if you dont want to read a spoiler)

Needless to say, Scarlett is a brat that got on my last nerves but even though she got what she deserved, i hated the ending.  I’m all for happy movie endings!  Kind of a nice change from reality! ;)
