turkey day

It’s that time of year again, for everyone to travel miles to spend time with their friends and family. A time to create life long memories and while getting gravy stains on your shirt.
Errr, wait. . .does that only happen to me?!
The turkey smells, the carbohydrates being devoured like calories don’t exist. A time to bow your head and give thanks. Pumpkin pies, moms running like crazy in the kitchen making sure everything is perfect, not one hair out of place. Pants being unbutton and reaching for food you can no longer stomach. Dirty dishes, football games, cold weather, leftover turkey sandwiches.
I freakin’ love Thanksgiving! Woohoo!
So I wanted to share a little something that means a lot to me. I haven’t been shooting like I use too. In fact, my camera at times gets really dusty. I just can’t find the time and I need too in order to get better at my hobby.
It’s pictures like the one below that make me smile, and I hope one day to take a picture that will top the views of this one. It’s my number one, most viewed, most favorited picture. I think it’s very appropriate for this time of year, since it was taken at the Thanksgiving Square.

Gobble, gobble, everyone!
