That’s how I’ve been feeling this week. I finally got home a decent hour today and I feel like I could do a million things right now but all I want to do is rest. I have upped my working out and my body is feeling it, boy is it ever feeling it.
My shoulders, my upper middle back are sore right now. I need to up my potassium. I need some protein shakes or something. I asked around today and most girls said, “Oh I drink a slim fast, it has the least amount of calories.” Or those Odwalla drinks. I need to stop and pick me up some.
I invested in a ipod shuffle today. I have a nano but it gets in the way at the gym and everyone seems to have a little shuffle just clipped anywhere. On their shirts, nose, ears. So convenient, those little suckers. It’s purtty. I’ve named it Big Red. I added some workout music to it. Any songs you might recommend for my work out. I need some booty shaking, dancing, get you in the grove, bump and grind type music. What gets you moving?! Share, share!

not that I work out that much, but any music by “Explosions in the Sky” gets me going… they do a lot of the music on Friday Night Lights, and it makes taking a little walk feel like you’re practicing for the Superbowl.
