It has beyond amazed me how popular that “25 things about me” meme has become on FB.  I did a 21 things late last year and decided against posting 25 more things about me when I was tagged.

But to make my list 22, here’s something that is probably not a surprise to a lot of people.  I’m a huge Drew Carey fan. I have been since the Drew Carey show and it well rolled over when the British show “Who’s Line is it Anyways” came to the States and he was on it.

He wrote a book, years ago, probably like 10 or so, a biographical, awesome, ROCK ON book! Love it! (I should probably re-read that sucker!) It talks about his life, how he became a comedian and so on.  Turns out he became a comedian by reading a book. Another REASON I’m a fan.  I’m a huge believer that anyone who is “willing” can learn ANYTHING.  The power that you contain in that grey matter inside your skull is unbelievable, beyond your imagination.  Statistics show that we use like what?… ten percent of our brain?  If you like reading biographies, I do recommend this one.  He’s a pretty upfront and honest guy and doesn’t leave much out.

Then of course, he started showing up on reason.tv (we all know who’s at fault for making me addicted to that!).  If you haven’t watched it you should stop by and check it out.  Pretty informative.

Tonight I caught an interview he had on Biography and turns out Carey dabbles in photography.  He has even sold some of his photography under another name!  My list of why I’m a fan just keep growing!!

Oh, how I miss the Drew Carey Show and his nemesis Mimi.
