Bullet time!

• Came across some new music today from a recommend, Mumford and Sons.  Here’s their video Little Lion Man…diggin’ them.
• This week went a bit too fast for me. I was thankful to get in a nap today.  I’ve already had 4 shoots this year.  *smiiillleess* I have so many amazing photos, I cant wait to get through them and post them. I really need to write in my other blog, maybe post some there…my amazing friend has been posting for me and has so many posts going to make up for my lack of posting…Joel, gracias!
• I’ve been wearing my Drew Carey big black glasses all week so my pupils will go back to their original shape.  Yeah…that sounded weird when I first heard it too. Like aren’t contacts suppose to shape to your eye…not the other way around?  the good news is, I look better than Drew Carey in them.  The bad news…not so much. =\
• Had my review at work, it went really well.  i really enjoy working for my boss and the team I’m in.  It’s so refreshing to just kind of feel part of something and know you contribute and people appreciate it and then go out for beers after wards and enjoy their company.  My team works hard and boy do we know how to laugh.  There’s a new guy starting Monday, we call him ‘Data Boy.’ Boss asked what we thought he might need for his first day…we suggested a cape. ahaha.
• Boss’ baby was born Friday.  The same day as Elvis’ 75th bday. Kind of cool. Big blue suede shoes to fill!! (11D, i googled it.)
• Baby’s name is Sebastian (in espanol). So there’s a lady at work that doesn’t really like me…she said, “I think you say that Sebastiano in spanish.”  Later that day someone heard her call someone on the phone and ask them in French how do you say Sebastian in Espanol.  I couldn’t stop laughing.  i’m RIGHT THERE. helllooo!  Just ask me…I mean come on…France probably has to go call Mexico and Mexico probably won’t answer right away b/c their in the middle of their siesta…lol
• I took a lighting class on Friday and it was so FREAAAAAAKING COOL. I’m in love with artificial light now.  I’m so use to natural lighting and I get so freaked out even when I use my flash on my camera…I asked so many questions, I was mingling with some folks and made sure they remembered my name. I’m telling u, these are the people I’ll be emailing the day before a shoot asking a gazillion questions. Overall, it was bad ass. Joel! OMG you have to just go to SMU and move here and we can take these classes together.  We can share glass.   Si. Deali-O Sebastiano. LOL
• I’m kicking my friends ass at scrabble on FB and she’s a writer, that somehow makes me feel amazingly awesome.
• So my father and I are having a gambling issue.  We bet on the TX-Bama game and he bet against Texas.  So he won, then he tells me, “Don’t pay me, Dallas vs. Eagles, double or nothing.”  Apparently to him, double or nothing means that he wins double, and if i win, we break even.  To me, it’s the TX-Bama game is obsolete and the new bet is the winner wins double the $$ and the loser wins none.  We’ve been arguing about this all weekend.  I want my damn money, because I’ve never won before…and dang it I WANT TO BE RIGHT!  And then i want to buy something very frivolous and annoying to just kind of stab the wound a bit more. You know…something a guy would just be pissed that a girl spent so much money on. Like ONE bottle of shampoo…YES…but i need MY money first.  He’s not paying me.  I’m sending him the Family Guy’s, Stewie’s where’s my money video tomorrow to his email.  Am i right, or is he right?  B/c my brother says it depends who initiated the bet.  I say I’m right b/c the bet would have been called, “I win double or if u win, we’re even.”  Right?  SAY I’M RIGHT!!! WHERE’S MY MONEY!!!  I asked him earlier…he said, “Wait for iiiiittt…” and walked away. bwahaha. I love my apa!
